We worked with Steve Dawson for our daughter's senior portrait portfolio and for our high school team photos. Steve is prompt, courteous, and professional. The photos came out great, both for the team and for my daughter's senior photos. Steve is very responsive by phone and email. We strongly recommend Dawson and Associates.

We recently worked with Steve Dawson and his wife Toni (over the phone) and it was an exceptional experience. Toni is delightful to speak with on the phones and we set up all of the appointments together and became great friends. Steve arrived at our home promptly and helped my son choose what clothes to wear for the outdoor shoot and off we went. The locations were great and the pictures outstanding. It was very hard to narrow down the choices so I think we ended up with about 12 of them. More than likely we will still order more. Steve is a treasure and the way he treated my son and made sure he was involved with everything was remarkable. I hope that anyone in need of a great photographer will call Steve. I am very sure we will be selecting him again in the future.

We worked with Steve on a senior portfolio for our youngest daughter. Steve was very professional, he knew the locations where he wanted to shoot the pictures, he assisted with the choice of clothing for each locale, and he moved expeditiously through the routine. We chose an album as well as a DVD of the pictures, both untouched and retouched. We are delighted with the results and strongly recommend Dawson and Associates.

It was a great experience working with Dawson & Associates for my son's senior portraits. Steve Dawson is an excellent photographer with a lot of passion and creativity. We spent several hours together during my son's recent outdoor photo shoot. Two years ago, Steve had taken my daughter's senior portraits in an indoor setting. However, with my son, the outdoor setting is the only way to go! Steve was very careful to select the best locations to complement my son's outfits. The colors were brilliant and breathtaking. We had such a good variety of poses and backgrounds that it was really difficult to decide which photos to enlarge and which photos to include in our bound photo album. We wanted them all! However, Steve personally came to our house and set up his computer. We looked at all of the proofs, and he helped us make our selections. Steve is a great guy who is really passionate about his work. I would highly recommend Dawson & Associates to anyone who needs an awesome, reliable and creative photographer

I highly recommend Dawson and Associates Custom Photography. Working with Steve Dawson was a pleasure. He is a true artist. He spent a lot of time and energy making sure that my daughter's portraits were works of art that will bring our family joy throughout the years. His process is professional, yet he felt like part of our family as we went from location to location taking my daughter's pictures. From start (making the appointment) to middle (taking the pictures) to finish (receiving our portraits) the experience was first rate. When it is my younger son's turn for his senior portraits, I will be returning to Steve.

We had a wonderful experience with Dawson for my daughter's senior pictures. He took us to several locations and she got to change outfits as well as surroundings. He brought the proofs to our home so we could make our decision in privacy. We had many options as to what to purchase and the finished products were just beautiful!

We had Steve take our son's senior pictures. Steve was very professional and very attentive. He picked us up at our house (he even brought water for us so we stay hydrated). We went to several locations and took lots of pictures. He set up a huge monitor in our home so we could view the proofs. It was quite a production. We love the photos and the awesome job Steve did!

I have known steve dawson for years, thru Woodbridge high school softball and for my older daughter's senior photos. LOVE that he now does outdoor settings. he totally captured my younger daughter's essence and personality in her senior photos. totally professional and just a really easy going guy. would recommend him to anyone that's interested in a photographer! :)
